The grapes used in making this wine come from the finest vineyards situated on the hills of the Roero.
Low Guyot system on hills with steep inclines and terrains consisting primarily of calcareous sand.
The grapes, collected by hand, are soft pressed and the must is immediately separated from the skins and placed in temperature-controlled tanks for fermentation ata a low temperature.
Tenuous straw-yellow color, at times with a pale old-gold tone. Fruity odor with clean scents of green hazelnuts and wild chamomile. Fresh, sapid flavor with sensations similar to those offered by the odor.
A classic fish seafood wine that also accompanies appetizers in general. Because of its structure, it also complements introductory dishes.
8 – 10 degrees C. (46-50° F.)
It is advisable to store the bottle in a cool and airy place, far from sources of light, noise and vibrations.
