The grapes used in making this wine come from the finest vineyards situated on the hills of the Roero zone to the west of Alba.
Low Guyot system on hills with steep inclines and terrains consisting primarily of calcareous sand.
The grapes, collected by hand, are soft pressed and the must is immediately separated from the skins and placed in temperature-controlled tanks for fermentation at a low temperature. Champenoise method at 15°C.
Straw yellow colour, fine and lasting taste with an intense bouquet of bread crust and yeast, very dry (sugar 5g/l), full and well-balanced with a long after taste.
Perfect as an aperitif, goes particularly well with crustacea and oysters and with all plates except sweets.
6-8 degrees C. (43-46° F.)
It is advisable to store the bottle in a cool and airy place, far from sources of light, noise and vibrations.
